Wedding Paaar-te!

Friday nite, my friends Roland and Maria got married. Awwwwww! I meet Roland and Maria while playing volleyball a few years ago. It was a church wedding, a first for me in many, many years. Maria's goldish wedding dress was bought off of EBAY! It was her first purchase ever and she bought a wedding dress! Very surprising. The church where the ceremony was held had no a/c and it was a late afternoon wedding. So hot! After the ceremony, we headed for the reception which was at the Santa Clara Municipal Golf Course. When we went in the place smelled like D-O-G! Ewwwww! It smelled like a dog had an accident(s) or there was some kind of dog show that went on earlier that day inside the reception hall. Moving on, we found our seats and sat next to Anna, Trent, Bolo, Erik and family, Becky, and Jimbo (but he didn't make it). Wow, a whole table full of people I know! It was pretty funny since Jho did the seating and she put the people basically in the teams we played on in vball class :D Anyhoo, the reception was fun, lots of drinking and dancing.

After the rental time was up for the place, we moved the party to Jujubi's. It's a kind of late nite yuppy asian cafe. We were only planning on stayin for a few minutes but ended up there for a couple of hours. Didn't get home till 1:30am. This was a first for me to be partying with the wedding party till that late. It was definitely one of funner weddings I've been too!
